The focus of our practice is to assist in the strategic planning, design and construction of capital projects. Our diverse portfolio spans all aspects of a project’s development – from initial real estate analysis, master planning and programming through design, construction and move-in – for both new construction and renovation and expansion projects. While a majority of our work covers the not-for-profit sector, we are also working with some of the leading private developers in New York.
