The Youth Employment Support (YES) Program is provided by The Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth in conjunction with Service ... Canada. The YES Program aims to bridge the barrier between minority youth, ages 18 to 29, and meaningful employment. Our participants get paid to learn! This is a paid career training program that focuses on developing career-advancing skills such as resume, cover letter, interview preparation, customer service and other soft skills during our one-week intensive training. Then we pair them with local industry and businesses for a 14-week paid work placement, assisted with ongoing coaching and mentoring.
