The Young Legal Scholars Section is part of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law (ISLSSL). We aim to ... create a space for Young Scholars to research and discuss Labour and Social Security Law around the World. The creation of this space arises from the ‘Servais Report’ (2012) which was adopted and institutionalized by Prof. Adrián Goldin during his ISLSSL presidency (2012-2015).
