XTech is a Not For Profit group of around 200 Sydney based founders, investors & athletes who get away from Sydney to the coa ... st and snowfields 3 times a year to share ideas, bond, and get outdoors. Each morning and eve we invite a few founders to tell their stories, and run us through any successful raises, overseas launches, or other big milestones hit. Each day, we head out kitesurfing, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, paddle boarding and whatever else gets you off.
