On April 24, 2009, Warwick Valley Mobile Telephone Company (WVMT), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, acquired certain assets from US Datanet Corporation (Syracuse NY). The assets acquired included its VoIP line of business, which provides communication services for commercial customers conferencing and wholesale lines of business. In August 2011, the Company acquired Alteva (Philadelphia PA). The telephone segment provides telecommunications services, including local network services, network access services, long distance services, directory services and other services and sales. The online segment provides broadband and dial-up Internet access services, VoIP services (inc.
