WTOP-10 TV is a student-run closed circuit television station located on the SUNY Oswego campus in central New York. The stat ... ion is on-air 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with both student produced shows and professionally produced movies. Five nights a week, WTOP broadcasts a 30 minute news program at 10:00pm that can be seen locally on channel 10 and across the north-central region of NY on Time Warner access channel 96. WTOP is also proud to broadcast every men's and women's hockey game played at home.
