CCA) was founded and has been in continuous service to the community since 1965. WCCA is a private non-profit corporation and the designated Community Action Agency serving residents of Wright County. WCCA actively pursues achieving its Mission through a focused range of highly successful programs throughout Wright County. Head Start Program services are also provided by WCCA in the western 1/3 of Hennepin County. Other WCCA programs include Energy Assistance, WIC, Foreclosure Prevention, Homebuyer Training, MNsure Navigation, Transitional Housing, Home Weatherization, Home Repair Loans, and Tax Preparation. Our organization also has a Clothing Center and Food Shelf.
