Our workforce is made up of specialists in Natural Resource Management with Bachelor degrees and/or diploma’s in various disciplines of the field and/or many years of industry experience. They are passionate about the industry they work in and take pride in achieving positive outcomes for clients and the environment alike. WES has employed staff based on their skills set, reputation, aptitude and knowledge of Bushland rehabilitation, restoration and retention, including excellent plant identification skills and an understanding of herbicide selection and application. Given the wide ranges of skills and experience within our organisation we are in the fortunate position to be able to select the most appropriate staff based on the required skills and for any given task. WES has been in operation for over 20 years and employs over 50 staff across two depots. Our head office which is located in Woori Yallock in the Yarra Valley services Melbourne’s Northern, Eastern and Southern regions with our Altona depot servicing clients in Melbourne’s West.
