One way we do this is through our regular engagement surveys, which ensure we are listening and making changes when needed. In our most recent survey, which was completed by 85% of our employees, ‘improving outcomes for young people is a top priority at my place of work’ was our highest scoring question at 8.9 (out of 10). This is something that we are really proud of, as making a difference to the lives of children and young people is at the centre of everything we do. The areas we have seen increases in scores are largely driven by improvements in how fairly people feel they are treated, how clear people are on what is expected of them, and how likely people are to recommend Witherslack Group to a friend or relative. Our overall score of 7.9 (out of 10) reflects the high number of talented and committed people we have across our Group, something we know is our greatest strength.
