WINC (Women's Investor Network Council) seeks to promote US small businesses by creating relationships among professionals in ... vesting in the SBIC ecosystem. WINC seeks to streamline opportunities to work together for the advancement of the SBIC program and in particular, fostering industry connections among women and develop the SBIC program to its full potential. WINC’s primary goals are to: • Empower and support women investing in small businesses • Build awareness of SBIC initiatives • Attract, recruit, and retain talent for the SBIC industry • Provide a venue for deal sharing and collaboration • Increase connectivity among women in the industry and provide opportunities to expand professional networks While specific initiatives are designed to foster more opportunities for women in the program, WINC is inclusive and invites ALL SBIC constituents to join. By working together, we can assist in creating efficiencies that support existing SBIC Funds and emerging SBIC Funds, which are often resource constrained.
