Trainees will improve their business English communication skills, knowledge of the industry, and networking through exposure to American business culture and practices at U.S. organizations. WIN in the USA also works with U.S. host organizations, assists in creating proper training and internship placement plans, and provides full support in hosting and mentoring international participants throughout their programs. As a designated sponsor, ICLS ensures that interns and trainees are appropriately selected, placed, oriented, supervised, and evaluated during programs. Lastly, WIN also partners with international organizations that share common passion and support of international education and exchange visitor programs.
