Founded in 1982 by Rick Walker, the company currently operates out of its 15,000-square-foot headquarters in Northeast Portland. Rick is a founding member and two time past president of the National Association of Casino Party Operators. The national association strives to increase professionalism while using the highest ethical and legal standings for the industry.
