In 1974, a group of people with similar desires in food quality and whole food availability banded together to form a buying club. They operated on the ISU campus. After many moves and forming into a cooperative, we have been at our current location since 2008, still fulfilling the same desire for quality fresh, local and organic food. In January 2017, the Co-op completed an expansion project - adding smoothies, juices, artisan bread, co-op made sandwiches, a full service meat department, outdoor seating, a teaching classroom and more.
