Trained, professional employment counselors and job coaches have worked hard with us to create a viable paid-work situation for people who otherwise would not have gainful employment. All our employees receive competitive wages and Employment Standards are met or exceeded. These people are accompanied by a trained job coach when necessary, and everyone is covered by our existing bonding and insurance policy. At present we have 40+ supported workers at various contracts in Nelson, Castlegar, Trail and Surrounding areas, all with varying degrees of support.
