We offer reliable, flexible and competent staff to organisations that require part time or full time cover of shifts when their permanent staff are unavailable. We are able to offer long term and short term contracts and we have staff available to cover 24 hours a day 7 days per week. We can cover any day shifts, waking night shifts, sleeping night shifts, full time live-in care and respite care. We work in partnership with Care Homes, Nursing Homes, NHS hospitals, Private Hospitals and Day Care Centres. We can offer 1:1 care and we can also provide staff who will work as part of a team to cover shifts. We follow stringent guidelines to ensure that all quality assurance processes are followed. Our support workers are all vetted, interviewed, references are sought, DBS checks are carried out and mandatory training is completed before they begin work. Once our staff have been vetted and cleared to work, we can offer them to you for shifts.
