Our mission is to provide innovative, person-centered supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in ways that promote community inclusion, personal power, self-expression and life fulfillment. Incorporated in 1981, we are a multi-service agency that serves more than 200 people who live with I/DD. Our main office is located just south of Providence, Rhode Island. West Bay is governed by a Board of Directors and employs more than 450 people. We provide supports to people throughout the State of Rhode Island.
