WCCM is now a regional distributor that produces their own private label brand of meats as well as private label products for other companies. WCCM specializes in custom meat processing of smoked ham, smoked bacon, smoked turkeys, fresh sausage products, boneless ham roasts, and smoked pork loins. We also have a variety of specialty items. As a company, we strive to introduce a new item or concept every year. Our by-products are sold primarily to customers in Mexico as well as in the Western United States.
