WDR Civil Division has estimators and Project Managers with over 20 years experience. Foundations, walls, slabs and concrete piers are preformed routinely. Framing, steel erection, renovations and equipment installation and alignment reflect a small portion of the Division's capabilities. We are diversified to meet the many needs of our clients from Water and Waste Treatment Plants to Paper Mills, Chemical Plants and manufacturing facilities. The Mechanical and Piping Division performs chiller and tower replacement, mechanical piping, welded piping, HVAC ventilation, equipment installation and numerous other types of mechanical construction.
