WBP&C was founded in 1999 in Greensboro, NC by Brian Smith. In the first few years, the company was based on purchasing properties, renovating them and converting them for use in the Triad NC rental market. Due to Brian's early job experiences in the multi-family and production built construction industry it was natural for WBP&C to evolve into a company specializing in the creation, construction, and development of community and planned unit developments. In 2002 WBP&C relocated from the Guilford County, NC area to Brunswick County, NC. WB Properties & Construction has since worked on a variety of property types ranging from apartment construction to light commercial construction.
