Beginning existence as a County Mental Health Clinic, then becoming a non-profit organization in 1995. We are guided in our work by a nine-member board that provides oversight for the organization. We serve as the Community-Based Mental Health Program (CMHP) and as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic for Wallowa County.
