We started in 1982 with only manual machining. By 1986 we added our first CNC machines, and we have been constantly adding advanced technology ever since. In addition to grinding, CNC milling, and CNC turning, we also offer specialized and advanced processes including wire EDM, abrasive waterjet, swiss turning, high speed 5-axis milling, and metal additive (metal 3D printing). We also have a big focus on automated production. Around 75% of our production CNC lathes and swiss machines have bar feeders and can run unattended. We are also approaching 50% automated capacity for production 3-axis and 5-axis milling, allowing lights-out manufacturing of medium to high-volume production quantities.
