The business was founded by William Harvey and is still owned and managed by third and fourth generation descendants, all proud to be a small part in a family business that has been in operation for over 65 years. As an independent business, we only hand process our various crab meat, lobsters and crawfish with care and attention to leave a natural looking product. All natural, just as nature intended. Our staff have given over 500 years of service combined, with as many as 70 members of the team in the main season. The customer base grows year-on-year, with more and more interest from further afield, both nationally and internationally. As well as our online shop, you can come and say hello in person when you are visiting Cornwall.
