Von Matt Hospitality Group (VMHG) was founded in Zurich, Switzerland in 2013 by Stephan, Thomas and Kirtanya von Matt. Thomas ... and Stephan are brothers, Kirtanya and Thomas are married, so we're a family business! Their company, VMHG, is the group behind several boutique restaurants in Zurich, Switzerland, including The Bite Gourmet Burger restaurant (2013), Brisket Southern BBQ & Bar (2015), Yardbird Southern Fried Chicken (2017), LA Brea SoCal Tacos (2019) & Hôtel Bourbon (2020). Additionally, we have a franchising and consulting arm, where a few of our concepts are franchise-ready. We also consult on gastronomy projects to help our clients build up their projects from the ground up! We're a medium-sized company and have small head office in Zurich, with 6 people driving these topics. Our headcount across our five restaurants is at around 90 people. read more
