The centralised quality control system ensures unique guidelines through growing, quality control, marketing, sales and logistics phases that promote the presence of apples from South Tyrol - Südtirol on markets the whole world over. 12 member co-operatives actually represent 5.000 growers who harvest annually between 550.000 and 600.000 tons of apples of highest quality on 10.900 hectares of production area.
