Lawrence and her staff have created a welcoming environment that is comfortable and convivial. Making everything from scratch, menu selections rotate frequently, featuring seasonal ingredients. More than 40 wines by the glass complement Chef Mark’s thoughtful cuisine, while Pastry Chef Ryan Witcher makes every last memorable with his sumptuous pastries and confections. ViaVita Café and Wine Bar serves espresso and pastries in the morning, lunch, dinner and dessert six days a week, as well as brunch on the weekends and a variety of take-home items.
