This project is co-funded by the European programme Erasmus+, strategic partnerships GOALS - Formalise the position of tutors so that they become trainers. - Perpetuate the training, the professionalisation and the management of junior employees in psychiatry and mental health area. - Raise employees’ skill level and develop a network of good practices. TOOLS - Trainings through a socio-constructive approach and the use of specific tools. - Compliance with an emancipating process in order to initiate trainees’ learning and empowerment through a mentoring partnership. - Formal and informal skills handover. - Development of the opening and the attractiveness in working in mental health area.
