While many designs are for “Greenfield” projects, approximately 60% of our work involves the expansion, renovation and reuse of existing facilities. We make a conscious effort to begin determining what the facility will look like only after we understand the priorities. We call this Process Programming and it results in a written document outlining what is important to the people who will be using the facility.
