The Victoria Blacksea Turkish Cultural Association (VBTCA) was founded in 1999 to carry on the folk dancing and music to new ... generations. The association’s main aim commenced as keeping alive the regional music, folk dancing and traditions of the Blacksea region; these still remain in the centre of the associations endeavour, however, over the years has expanded to incorporate various Turkish regional music, dance and traditions. The association intends to enable the Turkish community living in Australia to integrate and support the Australian Community and other ethnic groups without losing their own cultural identity. We welcome anyone to become a member of the association. read more
