The organisation was formed in 2004 when Vasey Housing Victoria (housing support for war widows) and RSL Care Victoria (providing accommodation for ex-service personnel) came together. We therefore have a very strong tradition of supporting the ex-service community. War widows and ex-service personnel make up 99% of our ILU residents and around 67% of those in our residential homes.
