We believe every town deserves a great pub and whilst the traditional pub bar will remain very much at the heart of our pubs, every pub will be individual, with a personality that reflects the local area it serves and a heart that’s rooted in the community. We are entrepreneurial passionate people and pride ourselves on delivering great products and community values in safe, comfortable and enjoyable surroundings. We will show uncompromising commitment to sourcing from producers whose practices are humane, ethical, and focusing on healthy, farm-to-table and vegan/diet restrictive menus. Diners seem to be trending more and more toward interaction with restaurants and kitchens. Our wood fire cooking and smoking gives them more of an old style of cooking, that gives the food tantalising flavours and also doubles as a live show for diners while they wait to eat. The menu will showcase the best British fresh ingredients with global influences. We offer family style eating with sharing plates, small plates and global offerings.
