In 2019, RDO Equipment Co. acquired the remaining interest in Vanderfield, as well as Vermeer Australia, which led to the formation of RDO Australia Group. In October 2020, RDO Australia Group acquired Chesterfield Australia, adding 11 branch locations and more than 200 employees to the Vanderfield network.
