The online Health Education and Promotion Master of Public Health program in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Science ... of the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services seeks to train future public health leaders in addressing the most pressing public health issues in Utah and beyond. This workforce-ready degree offers coursework in social determinates of health, biostatistics and epidemiology, health communication, policy, leadership, and advocacy, global health issues, health behavior, and many other cross cutting public health content areas. Students complete a competency-based practicum experience and develop a professional portfolio while in the program.
