The University of San Diego School of Law's Appellate Moot Court Board consists of second and third year students who partici ... pate in both intramural and national Moot Court tournaments. The members write mock appellate briefs and participate in mock appellate arguments, in order to strengthen their legal writing and research skills, as well as their oral advocacy abilities. The Board also hosts three tournaments each year, two of which are intramural, and one of which invites schools from across the country to compete in San Diego. read more
