USC Annenberg Media is a student-run news organization at the University of Southern California that keeps you current on the ... topics USC students and young adults care about. Our social platforms, TV programs, audio content, mobile applications and website help you understand news and stay connected to the community around you. We work out of the Julie Chen/Leslie Moonves and CBS Media Center in the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Our outlet also encompasses Annenberg TV News, USC's student-produced local television news broadcast. 6 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, our 30-minute nightly news show airs in HD on Trojan Vision, cable channel 8.1, to the USC campus and surrounding community. The channel reaches more than 29,000 students and 18,000 university employees. Annenberg Radio News also works within our converged newsroom. They work with the audio social platform Anchor to produce daily newscasts and various podcasts. They also air on KXSC, USC's student-run radio station. We've been featured for our native-social team, the JEDI (journalism for emerging and digital innovation) desk. The unit produces news content specifically for social, mobile and emerging platforms.
