UGDBC is a student-run, student-led athletics club at the University of Guelph. We have two programs: a recreational program ... for those who simply wish to try a new sport, make new friends, and get fit, and a competitive program for those who wish to commit more to our sport and compete with us in the summer regatta season. Our practices vary with the seasons, consisting of time on the water at Guelph Lake, poolside in the W. F. Mitchell Athletics Centre, team tabata practices, Paddle-Ergometer training, and weight training in the gym. We're always welcoming new recruits to join our dboat family, so contact us if you're interested!
