UCS has over 20 years’ experience in providing excellent facility management services to large and small clients in government and non-governmental environments across the United States and Puerto Rico. UCS has extensive experience providing janitorial services, facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance, pest control, window cleaning and other related services. Our workforce consists of over 130 employees along with 30 plus subcontractors. We currently service over 30 government and 10 commercial customers across the United States. We provide or have provided services to the following government agencies: Veterans Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, United States Army Corp of Engineers, Food and Drug Administration, NAVFAC.
