The majority of new jobs are expected to be in these sectors in the coming decades. UNI and our affiliates in all regions are driven to ensure these jobs are decent and workers’ rights are protected, especially the right to join a union and bargain collectively. UNI is fighting for jobs with social security and justice for all to improve workplaces and raise employment standards in the services and allied sectors. UNI has signed more than 50 global agreements with multinational companies to agree to workers’ rights standards for all of these companies’ workers worldwide.
