On December 1, 2018, UCS acquired Cent Group AB, which also included the companies CENT Ekonomi, CENT Business Development and Smedjan Ekonomikonsult. CENT Ekonomi and Smedjan Ekonomikonsult became a subsidiary of UCS Ekonomiservice and CENT Företagsutveckling sister companies to the other companies within the UCS Group. In May 2019, the three finance companies became one - One Economy. The common name stands for the shared vision of becoming the region's leading global supplier of finance and payroll. One Economy consists of the region's three leading accounting firms that have joined forces and our ambition is to continue to be the obvious choice of financial provider.
