Participants in the course are multi-national and can share perspectives on the global issues affecting food safety. The programme works closely in partnership with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, allowing the participants to get a good appreciation of food regulatory affairs. In many cases, students can take advantage of work placement opportunities in the food industry that align with their employment objectives.
