Student Housing provides a home to over 8,000 UC Davis undergraduate and graduate students. Over 5,000 students reside in the ... residence halls, most of them in their first year at the university. Almost 1,000 students live in apartments as part of the Student Housing transfer student housing program, and more than 2,000 students live in one of several campus apartments, enjoying the diversity and campus proximity these communities provide. Mission Statement Student Housing and Dining Services’ mission is to provide living, dining and academic support services that facilitate a successful transition to the UC Davis community and foster ongoing learning and life-skill development.
