Highlights include aquatics, summer camps, skating, hockey, tennis, sport clubs, and longstanding intramural events like the Day of the Longboat and Storm the Wall festivals with over 3,000 participants each. Combined with an extensive selection of nine intramural leagues and a very popular drop-in sports program, over 10,000 people participate annually. UBC Recreation continues to grow its programs and offer new participation opportunities. UBC Recreation is proud to offer various recreational activities to participants of all ages. Choose from personal fitness, aquatics, yoga, martial arts, dance, special events, sport tournaments, skating, hockey, tennis, outdoor adventure, drop-in sports, and many other activities. UBC students, faculty, staff, residents of the University Neighbourhoods Association and UTown, and the general public are encouraged to move with us this fall.
