Our Club which was formed in 1995 is a key part of the local community and runs teams from Under 7's through to Under 18’s wi ... th a strong Girls and Ladies section. We are a very ambitious FA Charter Standard Community Club and work closely with the Kent FA and the local authority to progress both on and off the field. As a club we are proud of our ability to provide football to players of all abilities and we do so in a fun and friendly environment which is open to all. We are constantly seeking to add teams at all levels. Welcome to the Tunbridge Wells Youth FC fundraising page. 2020 is a very exciting and critical year in the club’s history. We have the chance to move the club forward and create superb facilities for all boys and girls in the local area and move the club onto the next level. In February 2018 we saw all of our existing facilities demolished to make way for the new housing development. There is then planning permission, which has already been granted, to build a brand new clubhouse which will be for the sole use of TWYFC. This building work commenced in November 2019. The clubhouse already has an amount of funding in place as a result of the overall Hub development but we still need to raise a substantial sum of money to make the clubhouse a reality. To do this we are applying for a FA grant but as a club we still need to raise £100,000 to ensure this can happen. As of August 2019 we have reached £75,000 due to the fantastic support of those within the club and the local community in Southborough. We are extremely grateful and thank you for your generosity. A committee from the club continues to organise this fund raise. We are organising a number of events and initiatives throughout 2020 to help us reach the required amount. This really is an excellent opportunity for our club to create first class facilities for all our local girls and boys and really put TWYFC on the map.
