Additionally there is one independent CFO who is considered as the treasurer of the club and the following chapters: - TUM Speakers Series - TUM Business Game In November 1999, the MBA students of the Technical University of Munich, with the support of professors, the university administration, and business leaders, founded the TUM Business Club e.V., in order to enable an optimal transfer of knowledge between the university, business, politics, and management students. By representing student interests, the club also serves its members as a voice for actively influencing the organization and optimization of teaching events. Numerous Areas of Involvement The TUM Business Club e.V.’s work concentrates on events like lectures, seminars, workshops, and excursions that serve to support and enrich its members. The following activities are currently being carried out: - Community building through parties, excursions, and other events for successful student networking. - TUM Speaker Series as a lecture series at TU Munich, with preeminent speakers from all areas of society, especially from business, science, and politics. Participation in the lecture events is free. - Support and points of contact for students for courses of study, project work, individual involvement, study abroad, and other initiatives. Organization of the TUM Business Club e.V. The TUM Business Club e.V. is led by a three-person managing committee determined annually by a democratic vote by members.
