Dr. Bentz attended Texas Christian University, where she studied nutrition/health science. She received her Medical degree in 1991 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. In 1995 she started Red Mountain Family Medicine. Dr. Bentz quickly discovered that a majority of her patients required treatment for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, all related to obesity. With a passion to further help her patients, she became Board Certified in Obesity Medicine, further specializing in the treatment of obesity and related diseases. We strive to instill confidence in each individual that walks into our doors and send them home feeling empowered and motivated.
