The Roads Act 2015 provided for the dissolution of the Railway Procurement Agency (RPA) and the transfer of its staff, assets ... , rights and obligations to the National Roads Authority (NRA), operating as Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). TII is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the country’s national road network, light rail and proposed metro networks. The asset value of the infrastructure overseen by TII is in the order of €30 billion. Headquartered in Dublin, TII also has regional offices.
