A general health sector recruitment site, www.healthjobsuk.com, was added in 2001 and this quickly became the largest independent health sector jobs site in the UK. Over the years the company worked with NHS trusts to develop functionality that allowed parts of the recruitment process to be managed online. The system now works from Authorisation right through to booking new starters onto Induction Courses. With a wealth of automated features the system helps recruitment departments to provide an efficient service to hiring managers and applicants and is popular with the NHS organisations it has been designed to support. In 2009 the company started to provide an outsourced recruitment support service, which has been gradually expanded. In March 2013 the TRAC eBulk gateway went live, adding integrated DBS functionality to the system. By early 2014, just 9 months after countersigning the first DBS application the company was already one of the top 50 busiest Registered Bodies in the country.
