He renamed the dealership Town and Country Ford and built a new and modern facility at 6015 Preston Highway where it remains today. Today, Billy Hays heads the Hays Automotive Group with Town & Country Ford as the flagship store, dealerships in three states, and exciting plans to expand with future dealerships in the surrounding region soon. A third generation of the Hays family, Justin Hays, has joined his father as Corporate Vice President of the Hays Automotive Group. Justin follows the same belief and vision that our organization is only as good as its people. We believe that promoting from within the organization is key to building an experienced and loyal staff. In fact, we’re proud to have some of the longest-tenured professionals in the industry. Many of our associates have been with us for 25, 30 even 40 years.
