In 1984 the PC marketplace changed significantly with the launch of the IBM PC. TW was the first appointed IBM Business Partner in Ireland. Subsequently we changed our marketing focus away from the retail/distribution sector and concentrated our efforts on supplying business solutions and services to corporate customers. At this stage we developed a multi-vendor maintenance division in the company, with a nation-wide infrastructure to provide maintenance services throughout the country.
