TIC+ is a mental health charity working to ensure that every young person has someone to talk to. We have been working to ach ... ieve this goal since 1994, and today we provide face-to-face and online counselling and support to young people aged 9-21 in Gloucestershire. We are constantly working to reach more young people and in 2016 we launched an online counselling service which allows people to talk to a qualified counsellor who can refer them on for counselling sessions, as well as having counselling sessions, using only a phone or computer. Our research told us that young people really valued the option of online counselling and we have had positive results. Over 95% of those asked in the last 12 months felt that the counselling services we provide had helped. At the core of TIC+ is our dedicated team of over 50 counsellors, all carefully selected for their specialist experience and qualifications in working with young people. Our counsellors practice a range of therapies, for children, young people and families, including CBT, play, equine and other therapies.
