In addition to our Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, we have an expansive clinical staff, including a Registered Dietitian, a Clinical Social Worker, Nurse and Social Work Care Coordinators, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We have onsite laboratory and digital x-ray services, which allow for more rapid diagnosis at lesser cost. For acute illness or injury, we offer same-day urgent appointments in our clinic 7 days a week. Thomas Chittenden Health Center (TCHC) was established in 1969 by Drs. John Lantman, Paul Stanilonis, David Park, and Bill Ryan as the first independent group practice in the State of Vermont. It is named after the first settler in Williston, who became the first Governor of the newly-formed State of Vermont. Since its founding, TCHC has stayed true to the founders’ original guiding principle of providing high quality, personalized medical care for patients of all ages, from newborns through late adulthood.
